EXCHANGE POLICY

WE STRIVE TO MAKE OUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY WITH THEIR PURCHASE, BUT WE KNOW SOMETIMES THINGS HAPPEN.
IF YOU NEED TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR PURCHASE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORDER BEING RECEIVED THEN RETURN IT FOR A REFUND OR SITE CREDIT.
ALL WE ASK IS FOR THE PRODUCT YOU ARE REQUESTING TO RETURN BE IN RESELLABLE, UNTAMPERED CONDITIONS TO BE ELIGIBLE. ONCE THE RETURNED ITEM IS RECEIVED, WE WILL GIVE YOU SITE CREDIT FOR THE COST OF THE ITEM, EXCLUDING ANY SHIPPING COSTS.YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING CHARGES ASSOCIATED WITH SENDING THE RETURN BACK TO US. THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST IS NONREFUNDABLE. 
PLEASE ALLOW 7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR EXCHANGES TO BE PROCESSED. WE DO NOT REPLACE OR EXCHANGE ITEMS THAT ARE DAMAGED DUE TO CUSTOMER NEGLIGENCE.
WE WILL NOT REPLACE OR EXCHANGE ITEMS FOR WRONGFUL MEASUREMENTS, SIZING, COLOR, SCENTS, OR ANY THING OTHER THAN DEFECT. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A EXCHANGE THE ITEMS NEED TO BE IN BRAND NEW, HAIR-FREE, UNALTERED, UNOPENED, UNDAMAGED (UNLESS DEFECT) CONDITION. ITEMS NEED TO BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE RECEIVE DATE FOR A ON SITE EXCHANGE. FOR A REFUND PRODUCTS HAVE TO BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND UNOPENED. 

LOST/MISSING DELIVERY

If a delivery has been confirmed for your package via the shipping carrier, we cannot send out a replacement/additional package once the delivery has been confirmed by that same carrier. Please check for missing packages with the carrier first and file a claim prior to contacting us. Be sure to note your claim number upon contacting us. If your domestic, USA delivery, has not arrived and tracking has not been updated for 15 days or more (not delivered within 15 days) please contact us at mvndimvkevp@yahoo.com so that we can file a claim on your behalf with Shopify. MVNDI MVKEVP is not responsible for covering the costs or replacing packages lost due to incorrect information submission. 

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING SHIPINSURE SHIPPING PROTECTION WITH YOUR ORDER. The brand is not responsible for lost packages and will not replace them if ShipInsure has not been purchased. 




Step 1: Check your mailbox. We use USPS for most orders so they usually don't deliver to your door like Amazon or UPS would. Step 2: If it isn't there wait 36 more hours. USPS a LOT of times says a package is delivered when it usually comes the next day. (This is due to the GPS system they use to track packages.) Step 3: If it STILL hasn't come, check your order's address and ensure that it's correct.
